We often need to be creative to change our mindset and state of mental health that impacts us so we can commit to self-care.
Decide on a space within your home that you can either relax or soothe yourself. This is a must! We cannot truly be 100% for others if we haven’t cared for ourselves first.
A few clients of mine love jigsaw puzzles and you would think they don’t have the necessary space to set up for large puzzles. Thinking out of the box, their homes are designed to accommodate larger kitchen islands or tables that serve as dining, preparation areas and recreation areas.
